🔁 Return and Refund Policy

At OINA, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
📦 Returns
We accept returns on items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@oinahome.com to request a return authorization.
- Once authorized, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
- After we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the return. A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
💳 Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your returned item. You will receive an email notification once your return is complete.
Important notes:
- Processing Time: It may take 5–7 business days to process the refund after receiving the return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Non-Refundable Items: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
We cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns. After your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@oinahome.com. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider — processing times may vary.
- If you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@oinahome.com.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized items
